    Sessions focus on functional movement patterns to enhance real-world physical performance. Improving overall strength and mobility.

  • CrossFit

    Constantly varied, High-Intensity sessions with a focus on endurance and strength. Progress is tracked so these sessions are great for those that like to see their improvement over time.

  • H.I.I.T

    45 min of High-Intensity interval training. This session will get your heart pumping. Improve cardiovascular health and build some strength while havig fun.

  • Yoga

    A chance to unwind by mindfully moving the body. This class combines breathwork, active and restful postures along with meditation. Great to promote mobility and for recovery from hard work.

  • Pilates

    These low insensity sessions lengthen while strengthening muscles. Focusing on precise movements to strengthen the body and find flexibiIty. 45 min class.

  • Yin

    This class is a restful blend of mindful breathing and gentle stretches. Each posture is supported with props and held between 2 to 5 mins each. Working deep into the muscles and connective tissue. This is perfect at the end of a busy day.

  • A.B.T

    Abs, Buns and Thighs is a 45 min low-intensity session that focuses on strengthening core, glutes and thighs muscles in a circuit-style class.

  • Circuit

    Rotate through a combination of resistance, strength and cardiovascular exercises for a well rounded 45 min session of movement.

  • Boxfit

    High-intensity workout based on boxing principles using gloves and pads. Improving agility, overall strength and fitness. 45 min session.
