Born and raised on a small island off the east coat of New Zealand. Miriana grew up with sand between her toes and (doing as many kids do) practicing her own special kind of kid yoga on the soft beaches (rolly pollies down hills, back flips into the dark blue water and meditating in nature). As she grew older the calling to understand what yoga was also grew and this took her first at 19years old to Thailand to begin her training as a yoga teacher. A few years later it took her to the yoga mother land India! There was no going back from here! Yoga was well and truly ingrained into her lifestyle and her very essence. Miriana is deeply grateful to have such an amazing practice in her life and looks forward to continue on the journey of yoga and to continue to learn, grow and share this life changing knowledge with everyone she can!
