At Red Box Gym Murwillumbah we are breaking down barriers in the fitness industry, helping everyday people lose weight, gain confidence and push themselves to places they didn’t think possible.
A little bit about what we do differently
Our coaches are passionate about creating training plans that are sustainable and extend beyond the walls of the gym. Our belief is that health and fitness can only be sustainable if a holistic approach is taken. We believe that having a conversation with you about what is important to you in relation to your health and fitness goals is just as important as prescribing you with a training program. We place a strong focus on listening to you and then creating a program that is going to work with you, for you.

No, you don't. Your training plan will be tailored to you, so while there is the option to join in on classes, if that's not your jam, there's no obligation!

You will work 1 on 1 with an accountability coach throughout your program.

Do I have to have experience to participate in the program? No prior fitness experience is required.

Yes. A scheduling session is included in your induction.

Absolutely not. Your program will be tailored to you and we have options available for every fitness level including seasoned gym goers.

Although we do encourage you to maintain consistency, there is no obligation to continue after the program has finished.
