Get your heart pumping in our cardio zone. With treadmills, rowers, bikes, ellipticals, stairclimbers and ski ergs, there is always an option to keep you moving.

Gym equipment
Over 1200 sq meters of space across 2 floors our gym is fully equipt with both pin and plate loaded machines.

Free Weights
Two dedicated free weights areas with a variety of dumbells, kettlebells, barbells, weight plates and benches.

Functional Training room
Our Functional training area is a dedicated space for equipment that mimics our natural movements. Accessing kettlebells, dumbells, barbells. Rowers, Bikes ad Ski-ergs to get your heart pumping and your muscles working.

Outdoor Training zone
Our outdoor area has both covered and open air space. With access to sled, boxing bag, boot camp style tyres and sledge -hammers, agility equipment and pull up bar . There is space for any type of training.

Stretching Area
Whether you need to stretch or you’re looking for space to do some floor -based exercises we have you covered. Find mats, swiss balls, foam rollers and resistance bands here. Relax after a workout in this quiet space.

Yoga & Pilates
Unroll your mat and join us for a Yoga or Pilates class in our state-of-the-art studio. Enjoy both heated and non-heated classes with our Infrared heaters.

Group training
These 45-min classes are designed to get you moving and motivated in minimal time. Choose from High-intensity interval training, Boxing, Circuit or Abs, buns and thighs.

Child Minding
Leave the little ones with us while you train. Creche is available Monday to Friday 8.30 am -11 am and Monday to Thursday 4.15 pm -7 pm

Our personal trainers will help you exaimine your goals, provide you with a tailored training plan and help you stay on track and motivated.
